Director Jon Favreau took to social media yesterday to reveal the full cast for the upcoming The Lion King live-action film.  Earlier this year, Favreau revealed that James Earl Jones would be returning as the voice of Mufasa and Donald Glover has been cast as Simba.

Joining them both is Beyonce as Simba’s longtime friend Nala, Chiwetel Ejiofor (Dr. Strange, 12 Years A Slave) as Scar, Alfre Woodard (Luke Cage) as Sarabi, John Oliver as Zazu, John Kani (Captain America: Civil War) as Rafiki, Seth Rogen (Superbad, This Is The End) as Pumbaa, Billy Eichner (Friends From College) as Timon, Eri Andre as Azizi, Florence Kasumba (Captain America: Civil War, Black Panther) as Shenzi, Keegan-Michael Key (Key & Peele, Keanu) as Kamari, JD McCrary as Young Simba and Shahadi Wright Joseph as Young Nala.

The Lion King live-action film will hit theaters Summer 2019!
