Marvel’s upcoming superhero TV series The Inhumans have found their leader in Anson Mount (Hell on Wheels).  Mount will play Black Bolt, the King of Attilan and all Inhumans, with the ability to unleash great destructive power through the use of his voice.

“Anson loves the challenge of playing a character who will only communicate silently,” said Jeph Loeb, Head of Marvel Television. “His enthusiasm mixed with his imposing almost regal persona made it easy to see why he is our Black Bolt.”

The Inhumans also includes Iwan Rheon (Game of Thrones) as Maximus, Black Bolt’s brother — a clever and charming Inhuman who harbors an intense desire to wear the crown himself.

Marvel’s The Inhumans will premiere its first two episodes in IMAX theaters for two weeks in September, then it will continue on ABC for its full eight-episode run.
